Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250gms Cheese
- 2 sweet white breads
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 1 table spoon cornflour
- 2 cup cream (1 cup for filling and 1 cup for gravy)
- 1 chopped green chilli
- red chilli powder to taste
- salt to taste
- garam masala powder to taste
- chopped cashewnuts
- 2 Onion paste
- Garlic/Ginger paste to taste
- Tomato Puree
- Few Raisins
- Milk
How:
- Make a dough using white bread, cheese, baking powder, salt and corn flour
- Prepare a filling mixture by mixing cream, salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli, garam masala, baking powder and chopped cashewnuts.
- Make flat balls using dough and fill in the filling between two balls to make a bigger flat ball.
- Fry the filled balls.
- Now for gravy, fry onions till brown add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste to it.
- Fry till it leaves oil in the pan then add cashewnut paste, raisins, cream and milk.
- Boil till the gravy thickens and then add spices as per your taste.
- Put kofta in gravy 5 minutes before you serve.
