- 1 kg Grated carrot
- 2 kg milk
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup desi ghee
- nuts and dry fruit
How:
- Boil milk in a pan.
- Add grated carrot and nuts to the milk.
- Let it boil till carrot absorbs all the milk.
- Add ghee and sugar.
- Stir it well till the mixture leaves ghee.
- Serve hot with cream.
